Hey!
So I'm rocking the all classic Nikon D40X. Despite the limitations, it's a great camera!
I was interested in upgrading to a Nikon D700 or Canon 5D or 50D... buut a friend recommended grabbing a new lens instead.
I am stuck with what to grab as far as brand goes because I do not know if I will be getting a Canon or Nikon camera body next.
Any recomendations? I know I can grab a canon or nikon lens and buy the adaprter to make it fit, but what would you do in this situation?
I'm not looking so much for the lens type as I will figure all that out later, but it's more about the company and which may provide more flexibility.
