hey all - i've been going through a phase of photographers block. I mostly take street photography, but lately i've been walking around and not finding any interesting shots. any ideas for getting some new inspiration?

Yeah, that's a problem alright. Happens to me too. I have the mixed fortune of living in a really beautiful place - nice to look at but, for me at least, very boring to photograph. Pretty landscapes - not my thing. The result, I hit a wall where nothing seems to stimulate me visually.
What to do? My suggestion is to practice seeing things through other eyes, as if I were here on vacation and seeing it all for the first time. All this beauty around me - tends toward the clichè. But if I look around as if I'd never seen it before, I can discover new and interesting aspects.

dude , dont practice too much on artistic photography because youre right, there arent many interesting shot on the street. try photojournalism, it really works well on busy streets and you dont have to worry too much about art, just make sure your shot tells a story or better yet, it evokes a feeling to the viewers.
