there are a few ways to do it. i use corel psp x2. ok steps: -use lasso tool on left tool bar to circumscribe and select portion you dont want deleted -once its like a dotted line around the section go to the right of screen on your layers panel and right click \"background\" tab -then click \"promote selection to layer\" -now you have a new layer with the selected region -on the same layer tab click the eye looking button beside the tab labeled background -this gets rid of the backgrounds visibility my site is listed please check it out!
